A doula is a highly trained birth, postpartum and lactation professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and after childbirth. This helps her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying birth experience possible.

Daytime Bliss

Coming home with a new baby is such a blessing, but can be a little scary (especially if it’s your first). Don’t worry - our daytime postpartum professionals will take the stress away by helping you navigate through “baby life” and stay by your side for support. They’ll not only guide you through the ins and outs of baby care, they’ll also help by doing those time-hogging (but necessary) tasks like bottle washing and prepping, baby laundry, nursery organization, meal prep, and more! Leave that stuff to us and do what really matters, like making memories as a family with your sweet baby.

Nighttime Peace

Being a mom is amazing, but being a well-rested mom is simply magical. Let our certified postpartum doulas (sometimes known as a “night nurse" or “night nanny”) do all the hard work through the night so you can be refreshed during the day. While you’re resting, you can be at peace knowing our experienced postpartum helpers are gently caring for your baby, helping them get the sleep they need to be their happiest selves during the day with you.
